Cream of Broccoli Soup

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 c. chicken bouillon
2 c. finely chopped broccoli, cooked
1 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp minced onion
3 c. milk

Melt butter in saucepan; add onion. cook until transparent. Stir in flour, milk, and bouillon. cook until smooth and thick. Add broccoli, salt and pepper.
